The name "Origin & Ash" was inspired by a poem written by Pablo Neruda and signifies the relationship in which we live, die and remain through our art.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height: 2em;">T.R. Risk has been creating one-of-a-kind furniture since the early 1990's in his West Chester studio. Hand made from reclaimed lumber, vintage hardware and antique glass, each piece is an original work of art. Original sawmarks, distressed paint and time-worn elements are the trademark of each Risk original. Every detail is made to ensure lasting quality craftmanship and artistry. Risk is an Allied A.S.I.D. professional interior designer and design consultant. A former mosaic artist who created original mosaics from antique and collectible china and pottery sold through Neiman Marcus and across the country, she now focuses on furniture and furnishing design.
